It’s the weekend before the holiday, and I am in menu planning mode. My “down time” on the weekends usually includes not only the research and menu planning, but organizing shopping list(s) for the grocery store and wholesale club. I am in heaven with cooking shows on TV, a laptop, and surrounded by cook books!
