This year, our immediate family celebrated my father’s Fathers Day on his 92nd year! What a celebration!!
I called upon a lifetime of inspiration from our dear friend, Aurelia Esposito. My dad began taking me to her restaurants in Daytona for as long as I can remember. We lost Aurelia a few years ago, but she and Denise produced a wonderful book of memories and recipes from Aurelia.
This menu is only missing the cup of bean soup Aurelia would have made, but I substituted rosemary cannelloni beans as a side dish. She would approve.
