My long-time friend, Susan, hosted a post-wedding brunch at their home the morning after their son got married. Her husband, Jay, likes to set-up a bar around the skink on the kitchen island. He puts ice right in the sink, with bottles of champagne, white wine and frozen vodka bottles.
She had various flavors of fruit purees to go with the champagne for blinis.
